This place is so run down and you would think for the price it would be a pretty nice motel The Rooms were so dirty and run down Sad cuz we loved Hooters for dinner Nicest thing in that place Nice Wait Staff

Big dead roach on the floor by my bed. Asked for a new room and a refund. Said they couldn’t do anything and refused our business.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The elevators were not correctly working all weekend. Upon notifying the security guard and the front desk, I was informed this is a common problem. I was on the 15th floor and going down it dropped to the 10 floor slamming to a stop, The door did not open and then again it slammed to the 5 floor. At this time the light went out and nothing was working. The doors finally opened, I got out and took the stairs. After letting the front desk know they apologized. That was it. I requested to move floors to one where I could take the stairs to and from. Unfortunately, there is no stair access from the casino to the second floor. Also, the lower floors are a lower classroom. Not that the 15th floor was amazing. We went from 2 queens to 2 doubles. The sheets on the double were gross and scratchy and you went from 4 pillows to 2 pillows per bed. The second floor had no fridge, coffee, or microwave in the room. The bathroom is half the size. Both bathrooms had mold, the showers did not drain, and the rooms smelled. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was ok. This time it was just bad. The parking lot had people sleeping in their cars. On the positive: The table dealers were all extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. They do have $1 & $5 table games on Friday and Saturday night.

Elevators are a death trap. Doors open and close spontaneously. Buttons light up randomly including the emergency fire department. Takes you to random floors and then the doors get stuck and don't open. We decided to take the stairs 15 floors down when we checked out and it was way better and faster. Unfortunately there's no stairs from the 2nd floor to the first and we quickly found out other people were also doing the same. We had to take the elevator down one floor and we couldn't get out fast enough

Hello, I really feel cheated. I paid tiket.com for 6 nights at the hotel and when I got there I had to pay another USD 272 as a Resort Fee that I did not ask for, I did not use and no one informed me that the money I paid to tiket.com was practically 50% of the rate. Added to this was the poor treatment of the person who helped me (Czarina) and her supervisor telling me that if she didn't pay or I left (and lost my money) they would call the police. Finally they called the security people to kick me out of the hotel, who refused because I had the boucher for 6 paid nights. Without the right to any claim and after more than 20 hours of travel, plus two hours arguing, I had to pay and leave a reserve of USD 500 in cash, double what was requested (I felt discriminated against for being South American and not having enough credit on my Visa card) to let me go to the room, which I had already paid for through tiket.com. Without a doubt they deceived me with the price, since if I had known that the room cost USD 95, I would go to another hotel. In these days I will file the corresponding complaint for scam and I will make all this public. I hope they return the stolen money to me with the corresponding apologies. The elevator buttons on the third floor were broken and did not work. Dirty windows. The base of the bed broken.
